Five minutes about your history and symptoms. It matches you to one of eleven patterns — and shows whether you qualify for at-home collection.
Order the panel your pattern recommends. Collect with a small FDA-cleared device in about five minutes — or at any clinic — and mail it back prepaid.
Results in about a week, explained marker by marker. Share the report with any practitioner — yours, or one you meet in the app.
Your daily supplement and protocol schedule with reminders, supply tracking, and automatic reordering before you run out.
A few taps a day builds the picture: what's improving, what's flaring, when to retest. Every check-in earns credits toward your next order.

"Every person deserves clarity and accurate information about their health. My goal is to help you understand your test results and explore potential next steps with confidence."
After your results are ready, you'll have the opportunity to schedule a complimentary educational review with Dr. Tichauer during an open office hour session. He will walk you through your lab findings, explain how to read your immune response data, and answer general questions to help you make informed decisions about your health journey.
For eligible panels, collection happens on your couch with Tasso+, a capillary device that draws a small sample from the upper arm — most people describe it as a light pressure, not a poke.
A few advanced tests (like T-cell activity panels) need a standard blood draw — the app tells you which, and any local clinic or mobile phlebotomist can do it.
Tick-borne contagions rarely travel alone, so the tests shouldn't either. Your quiz recommends a ready-made panel; each one bundles the right tests for a pattern, collects at home with Tasso+, and shows its price before you order. Kit, shipping and return included.
Mood and symptom check-ins become severity trends per symptom — a record you can show your practitioner instead of "I think it's been worse?"
Things can feel worse before they feel better. Jivora monitors those reactions, flags plateaus, and tells you when a pattern is worth raising.
AI-generated insights surface what your logs are saying — improving, flaring, ready to retest — and an in-app assistant answers questions about your plan, orders and results anytime.
Message your practitioner directly, join live group sessions, book a one-to-one consult ($99, payable with credits), and learn from an article library and a community that gets it.
Every check-in earns care credits — 100 credits equal $1 off any order, including lab panels and consults. The habit that helps you heal is the same one that lowers your costs.
Every person and practice with access to your record, listed in one place — never hidden behind a paywall.
Grant a practitioner your summary, your labs, your daily log — or everything. New connections start with summary only.
Withdraw access anytime. Share a single lab report with an insurer or family doctor by a time-limited link you can cancel.
Export a full copy of your data whenever you want, and see a log of every sign-in and share on your account.
Every Jivora test is processed by a CAP- and DAkkS-accredited, CLIA-certified laboratory. If a sample can't be processed or a result doesn't meet our quality criteria, we re-test at no additional cost — and every order includes a complimentary results-review session.
